You've probably met at least one of us before. We're the folks the you (most likely) called the last time your Mac had a "melt down." Maybe we sold you your Mac. If not, maybe we fixed your printer or worked on your network. If none of this rings any bells, then we're overdue for an introduction.
Please let us introduce ourselves...
If you recognize any of us, it is probably Larry Lamb. Larry brings over 20 years of Macintosh experience and 8 years of experience with consumer electronic equipment to MacDoctors. The veteran of the group, Larry’s primary role is technical troubleshooting and consulting to MacDoctors’ prepress clientele. He specializes in prepress workflow and Macintosh server solutions.
Dan Meinke has many roles at MacDoctors. Network solutions, security, and connectivity are just a few of the things he does. By providing cross platform solutions to many of our customers, Macintosh users are able to work in harmony with their PC counterparts in businesses both large and small.
Eric Renshaw is our service manager at MacDoctors. He has a vast working knowledge of the innards of virtually every Macintosh computer. In what little spare time his two kids allow him, Eric enjoys woodworking, programming, 3-D modeling and keeping up with the yardwork. If your computer is in need of some attention, call MacDoctors and ask for Eric.
George Gongopoulos has extensive Macintosh sales and service experience that makes him a wonderful asset to our team. George also works with our business clientele. He specializes in resolving problems and providing solutions for a wide range of business types. Because of his other responsibilities, George is currently works part time.
It’s difficult to explain what Colleen Iverson does for MacDoctors. You’ve probably spoken to her on the phone if you’ve called the office. Her official title is Office Manager, but her duties extend well beyond that. She’s been working in the industry with Larry and Dan for many years now. Her expertise is in knowing what’s going on and helping to make sure that things get done.
Garret Fritzemeier is the educator in the group. Garret has 30+ years of teaching experience in Mathematics, Physics and Computer Applications, In addition to his teaching experience Garret spent six years as the Technology Coordinator for Adrian Public Schools. Garret is the extra set of hands on the sales floor and does a large share of our training.
Ryan Strampe is the newest member of our team. Ryan comes to us with many years of experience in the print industry. His skills range from computer and printer hardware repair to one on one training. Ryan is, many times, the first face you will see when you walk through our door.
